I've lived the dismissal, the misdiagnosis, the years of pain that no one could understand. I've sat on both sides of the medical curtain, first as a patient losing everything to chronic illness, then as a therapist specializing in medical trauma and chronic pain.


The Adaptive Healing Method™ was born from over two decades of my lived experience navigating chronic illness, trauma, and the long road back to myself. It's not theory, it's wisdom earned through surviving what felt unsurvivable.
